Angelica Panganiban, a Filipino American actress and model who also works as a television hostess and comedian. Panganiban is dubbed the "new queen of Drama" by many media outlets. This was due to a severe strep pneumonia infective bacteria. Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston placed Angelica Hale on ECMO support for lifesaving treatment. The patient was suffering from numerous organ problems, including failure of her kidneys. Her condition forced her to alter her lifestyle around hemodialysis and later on dialysate for the peritoneal area. Over the course of the 80 days she spent in Hospital, the life of her was changed completely. Angelica's life forever altered after her dialysis of the kidney. Her mom would be the donor. Angelica Hale underwent a successful kidney transplantation along with her mother on the 13th of September 2013. The operation was carried out in Emory University Hospital, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston. Angelica Hale, a young girl from Atlanta who has always dreamed of becoming an actress and a singer she is still working toward this dream.
