 Ann Margret is a Swedish-American actor, singer, and dancer who has a net worth of $22.5 million. Her performances in "Bye Bye Birdie", "Viva Las Vegas," and "Grumpy Old Men" are among her most famous roles. "Ann-Margret Olsson was born April 28th, 1941 in Stockholm, Sweden. Her parents returned to their small community in the arctic of north central Sweden soon after her birth. Jamtland was described as a tiny town that was a lumberjacking and farming community. Her father emigrated to the US, and she and her mother joined him in 1946.She grew up in a suburb just outside Chicago and became naturalized as a citizen in the year 1949. She was a dancer as a young girl and was adept at performing with ease. Her mother used to make every costume she wore for recitals. LA along with the rest of the group decided to return to Chicago and Ann-Margret opted to stay. In 1960 she signed a contract for a recording contract with Warner Bros.
